The BIOnTOP project focuses on creating sustainable packaging solutions using bio-based materials. It aims to develop recyclable and compostable packaging that meets performance standards while reducing environmental impact, utilizing renewable resources and innovative technologies.
Only 31% of plastic is currently recycled and plastic packaging still have a deficient end of life.
