This project develops a rapid and sensitive method for detecting low concentrations of biomarkers in physiological samples, aimed at improving early diagnosis and monitoring of diseases. It focuses on preventing adverse effects from cell-based cancer therapies by enabling earlier detection of cytokine-related issues.
Detection of low concentrations of biomarkers, such as low-abundant proteins in physiological samples, is crucial for early-stage diagnosis and disease monitoring.
