This project aims to develop a point-of-care device for detecting breast cancer biomarkers using advanced technologies like magnetophoresis and microfluidics. The device will enable rapid and sensitive diagnosis from small blood samples, improving early intervention.
Breast cancer is the most common neoplasm in women and the second leading cause of cancer-related mortality in females worldwide, with 25.1% of incidence and 14.7% of mortality across all cancers.
