This project focuses on improving immunotherapy for triple-negative breast cancer by identifying biomarkers related to treatment resistance and immune-related adverse events. It aims to enhance understanding of T-cell responses in patients undergoing anti-PD1 treatment.
Breast cancer remains a major public health issue, being the leading cause of cancer deaths among women in France, with around 58,459 new cases and 12,146 deaths reported in 2018.
