BILAT-RUS 2 aims to strengthen cooperation in science and technology between the EU and Russia. The project focuses on enhancing communication, monitoring existing partnerships, and providing analytical support for research initiatives.
The overall strategy of BILAT-RUS 2 puts the three main issues of the Capacities work programme into practice.
