The BEYOND project aims to establish a Centre of Excellence for Natural Disaster Management in southeastern Europe by integrating observational networks and enhancing data accessibility. It focuses on improving disaster response through coordinated monitoring and data sharing.
BEYOND relies on existing state-of-the-art and interdisciplinary collaboration with twining organizations highly esteemed in the European Research Area, for Building Capacity for a Centre of Excellence dedicated to Natural Disaster Management in southeastern Europe, including European Balkan countries, with a potential to expand to an even wider geographic area through harmonizing the observational capabilities available in the partners.
