The BELIEFS project investigates the gender earnings gap related to parenthood by analyzing a dataset of 80,000 individuals across Europe. It explores how beliefs, preferences, and social norms influence labor market outcomes and fertility decisions, aiming to identify effective policies to reduce gender disparities.
