This project investigates the impact of agrochemical mixtures on social bees, focusing on how these chemicals interact and affect bee health. By using gene expression analysis, it aims to identify biomarkers that can predict harmful synergistic effects, improving pesticide risk assessment methods.
Increasing evidence has linked agrochemical exposure to significant declines in pollinator populations, prompting heightened concerns and legislative actions.
