This project investigates the role of the ubiquitin proteasome system in B-cell malignancies, focusing on genomic instability. It aims to identify new therapeutic targets and biomarkers by studying orphan ubiquitin ligases and deubiquitylating enzymes in multiple myeloma and mantle cell lymphoma.
B-cell malignancies are characterized by high levels of genomic instability, which critically contribute to their pathogenesis and evolution.
