This project investigates the cooperation between c-Jun and BCL6 in the development of lymphoma. By using transgenic mouse models and various biochemical techniques, it aims to understand how these oncogenes interact and contribute to tumor progression, ultimately informing potential anti-cancer therapies.
Sequential activation of different oncogenes drive the step-wise progression of precancerous cells to highly malignant tumors. A molecular understanding of the transformation events is crucial to develop anti-cancer therapies.
