This project focuses on developing an AI-based cloud solution to automate workflow management for small and medium-sized enterprises. The goal is to enhance user experience by intelligently recommending workflows based on context, streamlining IT support processes.
Miraminds currently offers software which enables IT-divisions of SMEs to automatically capture and store workflows for their colleagues.
The next step is to develop a solution for this final and most challenging problem: automatically displaying the right workflow upon need of the user, without the user searching for it himself.
