This research project investigates the Baryonic Acoustic Oscillation signature in galaxy clustering to test theories of Dark Energy. It aims to enhance cosmological tests for improved precision and foster collaboration between European and US researchers in astrophysics.
This research proposal focuses on the Baryonic Acoustic Oscillation signature in the low-redshift clustering of galaxies as a test for Dark Energy.
Two vigorous lines of research are outlined.
These are aimed at the challenge of readying this test and the other Large-Scale Structure tests of cosmology, for the era of percent-precision.
This proposal also seeks funding to support the PI during their period of reintegration into the European scientific community.
