The project aims to create BANK SOCIALISER, a social network-inspired banking platform that enhances user interaction with financial services. It seeks to improve customer engagement and streamline banking operations through a user-friendly interface.
The financial sector is in the middle of a digital revolution: the financial technology (FinTech) age.
To maintain customer relationships and stay relevant, banks have to respond to these changes with new strategies, capabilities and operating models.
