This project investigates the atmospheres and interiors of Jupiter's moons Io and Europa by integrating observational data and numerical modeling. It aims to enhance understanding of their plasma interactions and auroras, utilizing advanced simulations to explore the effects of subsurface oceans on these phenomena.
Two of Jupiter’s large Galilean moons - Io and Europa - are among the most interesting planetary bodies:
