This project investigates the genetic mechanisms behind resistance to targeted therapies in acute myeloid leukemia (AML). By utilizing advanced genetic screening and transcriptome profiling techniques, it aims to identify new therapeutic targets and develop combination therapies to improve patient outcomes.
In the last decade, we have witnessed tremendous progress in understanding the genetic landscape of acute myeloid leukemia (AML), which has been translated into several approved targeted therapies.
