This project investigates the biological mechanisms behind the persistence of chemoresistant Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML). By studying the genetic factors that contribute to treatment resistance, it aims to improve understanding and treatment strategies for this complex disease.
Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML), the most common leukemia diagnosed in adults, represents the paradigm of resistance to front-line therapies in hematology.
