This project investigates how certain viruses, specifically alphaviruses, evade the host's antiviral response by inhibiting the OAS/RNAse L pathway. It aims to understand the molecular mechanisms involved and the structure of viral proteins, which could lead to the development of targeted antiviral therapies.
