AllBio aims to enhance bioinformatics tools for various life science fields beyond human health. The project focuses on applying these tools to study unicellular organisms, plants, and farm animals, integrating them into existing infrastructure for broader accessibility and use.
The main aim of AllBio will be the coordination of the partner's activities that are aimed at the extension of a large number of bioinformatics facilities towards applicability in target life science areas beyond human health.
Bioinformatics facilities developed for the human health area will be extensively tested on unicellular (incl. bacterial), plant and (farm) animal genomes, and they will be tightly integrated in the wider frame-work of Elixir infrastructure activities.
AllBio will develop…
