AgriMax aims to reduce food waste by valorizing agricultural side streams through innovative processing technologies. The project focuses on creating new agro-value chains from horticultural residues, turning waste into food additives, packaging, and agricultural materials.
Approximately one third of all food produced globally is wasted every year throughout the whole value chain-from farmers to consumers.
