The AdHopHTA project enhances the integration of Health Technology Assessment (HTA) in hospitals by developing best practices, tools, and frameworks. It aims to improve the adoption of innovative health technologies and foster collaboration among hospital HTA initiatives and national agencies.
The use of HTA as a part of the decision-making process at national, regional, and international levels has evolved considerably over the past 35 years.
However, still an important number of good-value innovative HTs never reach clinical practice while, in many instances, others with no significant added value actually do.
