This project focuses on developing new adaptive materials by combining supramolecular chemistry and polymer chemistry. It aims to create hierarchical structures, self-healing materials, and smart nanoparticles that respond to environmental changes, enhancing material functionality in various applications.
The adaptivity of natural systems is mostly controlled by shifting dynamic supramolecular equilibria or supramolecular recognition based on changes in the environmental conditions.
