This study aims to assess the effects of exercise on muscle health in older adults taking statins, focusing on muscle mass, function, and overall well-being. It seeks to clarify whether statin use alongside exercise is beneficial or harmful for this population.
There is a great need in today’s Europe for well trained researchers in the field of aging exercise biology.
