BUILD UPON seeks to engage over 1,000 stakeholders in defining and implementing national renovation strategies. By mapping the renovation ecosystem and facilitating workshops, it aims to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing among diverse actors in the renovation sector.

The key objective is to engage and empower a ‘critical mass’ of over 1,000 stakeholders with the process of defining and implementing their long-term national renovation strategy (Article 4, Energy Efficiency Directive).
