This project aims to create a novel assay for measuring immune cell metabolism in vivo, which is crucial for developing effective immunotherapies. By analyzing nutrient uptake and protein translation, it seeks to enhance understanding of immune responses in solid tumors.
The development of better immunotherapies is being hammered by our lack of understanding about immune cell metabolism in vivo at the sites of disease.
