This project aims to develop a targeted multimodal treatment strategy for pediatric high-grade glioma, combining drug therapies, radiotherapy, and gene therapy. By leveraging patient-derived models, it seeks to improve treatment efficacy and provide insights for future clinical trials.
Paediatric high grade glioma (pHGG) is the most common malignant childhood brain tumour with standard-of-care inevitably resulting in therapy-resistant relapse or disease progression.
