The 3D-Plant2Cells project investigates how agricultural practices and pesticide use affect the chemical composition and microbial communities of crops. By analyzing plants at various scales, the project aims to enhance understanding of plant responses to pesticides and their implications for food safety.

We are going to develop innovative interdisciplinary approaches to study the metabolome and the microbiota of plants in three-dimension (3D) at three different scales: the whole plant, the fruit, and the cellular scales.
