This project focuses on integrating two-dimensional materials with ultra-high quality microresonators to explore new quantum behaviors and develop novel photonic devices. The research aims to create stable frequency combs for advanced applications in photonics and telecommunications.
The recently discovered two dimensional 2D materials have opened up new possibilities for exploration of fundamental physics as well as device applications.
Such materials offer new opportunities for ultra compact optoelectronic devices.
