The 2D-SMARTiES project aims to create advanced magnonic devices using hybrid molecular and two-dimensional materials. By controlling spin dynamics through responsive molecules, it seeks to develop low-power nanodevices for information technology applications, leveraging the unique properties of 2D magnetic materials.
The final goal of 2D-SMARTiES is to develop a new generation of magnonic devices based on hybrid molecular/2D heterostructures in which a precise control of the spin dynamics can be achieved by external manipulation of stimuli-responsive molecules.
