Die Förderung ist zweistufig angelegt.
Im ersten Schritt können bis zum 09.07.2026 konzise, maximal dreiseitige Projektskizzen für die Konzeptphase eingereicht werden. Die Projektskizzen für die Konzeptphase sind über das Antragssystem ?easy-Online? (siehe weiterführende Links) vorzulegen. Das Auswahlergebnis wird den Interessenten etwa eine Woche nach Einreichung der Projektskizzen schriftlich mitgeteilt.
Die Einreichenden der zur Förderung ausgewählten Projektskizzen für die Konzeptphase, werden aufgefordert, binnen einer Frist von 3 Wochen den förmlichen Antrag auf Förderung zu stellen. Die Vorhaben der Konzeptphase sollen zum 01.09.2026 starten.
